For a bulletproof coffee, you need a cup of freshly brewed filter coffee, one to two tablespoons of pasture butter and one to two tablespoons of coconut oil. All ingredients are pureed in the mixer for about 20-30 seconds. Then the Bulletproof Coffee is ready and can be drunk.

Can you use salted butter in Bulletproof Coffee?
You can add any organic, unprocessed, e.g. not a butter “spread”, butter to your coffee, even if it has a bit of salt in it. Many coffee recipes actually contain a dash of salt.
