Is black coffee unhealthy?
No, it is not. Coffee, and black coffee, in particular, is actually very healthy. It has a positive effect on cell renewal, autophagy, as well as Parkinson’s and dementia, the heart, the liver, diabetes, lipid metabolism, and even cancer.

Previously unimaginable, I was surprised to find how good the black coffee tasted without anything and, above all, how different the different types of coffee are in taste. With the addition of milk and sugar, the actual taste of the coffee in all its fine facets unfortunately no longer comes into its own.
People are creatures of habit and so it happened to me again and again that I accidentally poured milk into my coffee, realizing that it doesn’t taste as good to me as black coffee.
However, there are moments when I long for a sip of milk in my coffee, especially when I’m visiting friends or sitting in a café and notice that the coffee is of poor quality. Milk can make up for such a deficit wonderfully.
Does black coffee make you fat?
A cup of black coffee has just 4 calories. So it in no way makes you fat, on the contrary. The chlorogenic acid it contains, which is one of the antioxidants, even supports weight loss with coffee in a completely natural way. The chlorogenic acid prevents the storage of fat and the absorption of glucose in the blood. The carbohydrates contained are largely reduced when the coffee is roasted.

In the coffee roastery, you can expect coffees from all over the world, which inspire with completely different aromas and flavors.
